Frog Hollow Outdoor Day Camp

At Frog Hollow, outdoor adventures, imaginative free-play, and the expression of creativity are vital elements of an enlivened (and enlivening) education.

Join us for a fun-filled week of nature exploration, immersive creative experiences, and the opportunity to run around with new friends in the great outdoors.

Explore!

Campers will spend their days running wild, and also slowing down, exploring the forests of the lush Pacific Northwest and awakening their creativity.

Create!

Sections of every day will be consciously devoted to the wide field of creative arts. Children will connect with their creative voices through fun and engaging activities, facilitated by instructors with a passion for creative expression.

Play!

In these strange and unpredictable days, the timeless joy of face-to-face connection can be hard to find. Campers will have the opportunity to meet and run around with new friends, through a wide array of games intentionally created and revised to be both Covid-mindful and physically engaging

Our hope is that kids can come to us to be themselves: to play and be curious, to learn and express themselves, both as children and as artists. We seek to enliven and respect the voices of the next generation — and to get them muddy! — all in a safe and intentional container.

Our instructors are passionate and knowledgeable, bringing years of experience with education and mentoring, wilderness skills, music and writing, and running around in the woods with kids. Staff at all sessions hold current certifications in Wilderness First Aid
